We arrived after midnight after a delayed flight and left by check out time. It was easy to find and comfortable for the short time we required it. Wayne made check in very easy and communication from him was great. Very happy with our short stay. Got the sleep we needed before our drive home.

Location, location, location, but don’t forget the PRICE. So you have an early morning flight or you are concerned about the inconsistency of the early morning Brisbane traffic, and you are looking for somewhere to stay, at or near, the Brisbane airport. You simply want a room of adequate size, clean, reasonably modern, hot water and a comfortable bed. Well, the Airport Ascot Motel has ticked all the boxes so far. LOCATION, on Kingsford Smith Drive, only 10 minutes to the airport, 400M to Portside Wharf, with more restaurants than you “can poke a stick at”, an IGA supermarket and a nearby ferry terminal for your 50 cent fare to the Brisbane CBD, and the new Queens Wharf (Star Casino) and other city attractions. Almost forgot, the PRICE, half that of the hotels at the airport, according to my Tour Director (my wife), so you can’t really go wrong. RECOMMENDED.

Location Location Location! I stayed at the Airport Ascot between disembarking a cruise and flying home the next day. This location was very close to both. Not walking distance but a fairly short taxi ride. The Motel management looked after my luggage for me even though I was there by about 7.30am in the morning, WAY before check-in time, and my room was ready for me before 10am, but at this time I was happily exploring the area. Lots of interesting shops, and cafes. Also close to the riverwalk, and ferries were available if I wanted to travel into the CBA.

I needed to do a one night stopover in Brisbane in order to catch an early flight the following morning. The Airport Ascot Motels proximity to Brisbane airport was therefore a big bonus for me. The late check-in service was clearly explained in an email, and was easy to follow upon arrival. The early check-out process was also simple, and automated taxi calling service easy to use. A taxi turned up within a few minutes, and got me to the domestic terminal within about 10 minutes. Admittedly I checked out at 04:30am on a Saturday morning.

Love the easy system they have if you check in late with very clear instructions to get to your room The staff was nice and friendly The room was big enough for 2 adults and a child beautifully equipped with everything you need free wifi that actually works flat screen TV with foxtel a small fridge and freezer nice jug cold fresh water on arrival also Coffee Tea sugar kettle Cups plates bowls cutlery Bathroom very clean with free standing shower and some nice little soaps shampoo conditioner and lotions Smelt fresh and clean throughout the whole room had air-conditioning Only 14 min from airport Has a little smoking room for the smokers Was quiet Plenty shops around walking distance for food and shopping Fully recommended

Everything was perfect, the rooms smelled crispy clean. The bed sheets were super comfortable. Room was big, with big windows and good curtains to keep the light blocked in the morning. The man at the reception was nice, smiley and ready to help. The cleaners also smiley and polite. I asked them some questions through the booking app and they replied super quickly. The location os close to the airport and if you want to have a day trip to Moreton Island, Its really close to the wharf.

We have stayed at this motel quite a few times and find it extremely convenient for access to the airport at any hour. Off-street parking and walking distance to Portside eateries and Brisbane River area. Quiet and comfortable despite proximity to Kingsford Smith Drive. After hours key safe but on the rare occasions we see staff (we often arrive late), they have always been friendly and welcoming.

The room was excellent, great shower/bathroom, the proximity to the airport. Tea and coffee in the room, iron and ironing board in the wardrobe, and a lovely neighbourhood. And especially the cordiality of Wayne, always answering promptly and being so kind when I got there, giving me information about the area. He also gave me an extra hour to check out. Also, I got there at midnight, and it was so easy to get the key in the safe and get in. You should definitely stay there! :)

Being able to speak to someone who was well organised and helpful when we first checked in.My Mother 89 had surgery and on that morning I left the room in a in a hurry and in a little bit of a state and planned on dealing with it when I returned.The cleaner went above and beyond even folded up my night clothes and placed them on the bed. I have never experienced that with any stay in a hotel, motel,resort. It was so lovely to come back after a long day at the hospital to a beautiful clean tidy room. Thank you ever so much will be back again.

Great location for dropping my car rental off before an early morning flight. After hours check in was easy and the room was well appointed. Didn't interact with any staff apart from text communication, but that was very friendly and helpful.
